PHPBB theme idea

I am thinking of developing a new theme for phpBB. Well, not so much for the phpBB community, but for the DevNet community. And I am looking at making the entire thing CSS driven. Not that I am not a fan of tabular designs (** [cough] tables suck [/cough]**) but I think that the speed at which the site renders might be improved if the layout of the markup was cleaner than that mess of tables. Of course, that is just me.
You might wonder why I want to take this project on. Well, me too. Heck, I have so many things in the works right now, I can’t remember my own name (which is why I made a web site of it, so I can bookmark it and not have to remember it). In fact, I can’t even remember how to be a husband the right way, but that is for a different post at a later date :).
Anyway, as I decided the other day that I want to do this, I thought for a minute what I have in the works. Let’s see, what was it again?

So as you can see, I am a little busy. But I really want a new theme at PHPDN. So lets see if I can do this.
