Going Out On a Date
Ooooo, I get to go out on a date tonight. This would not normally be a huge thing for me, except that my wife and I never get to go out for a night. Usually we get to go out for a trip to the movies, or perhaps dinner. But never for an entire night. Literally, the kids go to grandma's house today and we don't see them again until tomorrow. Man, I am so looking forward to this.
We are going to go to dinner at Papillon restaurant first. Then we are planning a coffee trip before heading to the movies at 9:30 to see Pirates of Caribbean 3. Then after that, who knows what we'll do. The coolest thing is we don't need to know. We can just go.
We may also try to squeeze in some shopping before dinner seeing as the kids are going with the grandparents at 2:00 PM and dinner is not until 6:00. We'll see. I am just thrilled though. I had no idea I would be looking forward to this as much as I am.
