The girls a star!

Last night I ate spaghetti.

Not that this would, or should, mean much to you. The real highlight of yesterday was the performance my daughter, Sarah, was in. She was in a church play called Camp Goo La Ma Kee. She was a camp, she had lines, she was cute. What else can I say? Mom has done right by her.

But seriously, it was a great little play with a great message. It was actually dinner theater, so we did in fact eat spaghetti, salad, garlic bread and lemon cake prior to the performance. And just before it got started, my daughter Rebekah won the first of the raffle prizes awarded... a new set of serving dishes that will actually get some mileage in our house.

Anyhow, the performance was awesome, it was clear as daylight in my new 20/15 eyes. And the evening was great, being celebrated by my family, my father-in-law, my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law Katie.

Good job Sarah.
