Note about this information:
- Today was a lazy, slow, relaxing day. My diet reflected this as I had a couple of left over quiches from last night’s party for breakfast, breakfast for lunch and a regular dinner.
- I didn’t consume a lot of food today, so I rewarded myself tonight with a couple of easter candies. I seldom do this but since my calories, fat and sugar were low tonight I felt it was ok to do it.
- Overall it was a good day of eating for me. Today was also nice in that I was able to exercise a little just by living, from walking to cooking to moving around. Putting those both together, it was a doubly overall good day for me.
