I was hoping the judge would find in favor of me anyway, but it just so happens that I only needed a little favor from elsewhere to get through this citation. The officer that cited me did not show up for court and my case was dismissed. Awesome.
I am more than a little happy right now. Thank God.
August 3, 2007. It was a Friday like any other Friday. It was warm, it was clear, it was getting late and I was headed to the store with my family.
The story about what happened is a story told long ago. The long and short of that day is pretty simple.
I went to court to set up a court date. I did that. The officer that cited me asked for an extension to the date. It was granted. The new court date? Tomorrow.
I am not prepared for this. But I am going to give it a shot anyway. I took a few pictures of what I think is going to help my case. What do you think?
